This isn’t to say we won’t have regrets, questions, mistakes or hardships, but to say that, as a whole, this life’s journey is meaningful to our uniqueness. Life is as chaotic as the ever roaring ocean but we can start to feel confident in surfing those waves by truly knowing our own essence.
This is what Essence of Red genuinely strives for. The learned ability to be adaptable to the ever changing circumstances of life while maintaining a sense of joy and ease. We can do this through self evaluation, exploration, and care. Knowing who we are, what our goals and values are and then making the conscious choice to act in a way that favors our essence while addressing our inner needs.

Reiki is an energetic healing modality that addresses the energetic components of mind, body, spirit wellbeing.
Sessions are non-invasive & ease you into a relaxed state. This form of wellness is perfect for those who feel stuck, blocked, struggle turning off the mind, experience insomnia, have emotional build-up needing to be released, or spiritual maintenance to their energetic body.
Reiki sessions can be in-person or virtual. Distance plays no role in energy.
